Pastor Amy was called to serve as pastor at Meadow Branch Church on January 1, 2019. Prior to her ordination in 2018, she served as a bi-vocational, licensed minister, for fourteen years, working with youth, children, outreach ministries, Christian education, and music ministries. During that time she also worked at McDaniel College as the Director of Enterprise Applications in Information Technology. Pastor Amy passionately loves God, loves people, and loves seeing people experience the restoration power of Jesus Christ in their relationship with God, their marriage, their family, and all aspects of life!

Pastor Amy and her husband, David, have been married since 1989 and have two sons, Nathan and Matthew, who are both married with young families of their own. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, traveling to National Parks, hiking, and kayaking. 

Pastor Amy graduated from Hood College in 1991 with a B.A. in Management Information Systems, from McDaniel College in 2007 with a M.S. in Counselor Education Community Mental Health and from the Brethren Academy For Ministerial Studies at Bethany Seminary in 2016.

With B.A. and M.Ed. degrees, Marilyn taught English at Westminster High School for 36 years.  As a committed Christian, she has made a life-long study of the Bible.
